Commissions are not first come first serve. I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

All commission services are digital artwork only and include a personal-use license unless commercial rights are purchased.

Commissioner must be over 18 yo.

Twitter/social media account must be older than 2 months (for me to see if you have an online presence / history.)

I do not send WIPs/sketches nor offer revisions. I work as best as I can with as much information/ references the commissioner provides.

Delivery ranges from 1 week to 2 months depending where you are in the waitlist/queue! Due to fluctuating health I cannot give specific deadlines! I don't do rush orders!

My work will not be used for selling/redistributing NFT, Crypto and AI training. Violation will result in reporting/DMCA takedown.

My work will not be used for hate speech/propaganda towards any group of people. Violation will result in blacklist from future work.

My work is mainly for Personal Use that includes anything non-profit, social media uploads, and personal physical/digital merch (stickers posters, pins, keychains, wallpapers, etc).

Monetized Content will be considered as using the commissioned assets to promote/brand yourself (banners, thumbnails, streaming avatar, panels, overlays, alerts) thru social media and video streaming sites (Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, etc).

Majority of my services have Monetized Content automatically taken into consideration and will not include additional charges. Please take notice of those that do not!

COMMERCIAL USE is anything for profit/marketing yourself and selling the commissioned assets (emotes, physical/digital purchasable merch, shirts, stickers, pins, charms, wallpaper, etc). There will be an additional +75% (or flat rate depending on commission type) if the option is available.

Using the commissioned asset without commercial permission will be requested for removal or pay the commercial rights fee.

Please note that for printing physical items, the quality will not be at the recommended 350dpi. Raw .csp files will not be given to the commissioner.

NDA/Privacy fee (~20$), will vary between commission service types.

I will not publicaly share/advertise any wips (work in progress), final pieces or showcases on social medias/my portfolio until the commissioner showcases/revels the commissioned asset.

It is the commissioners responsibility to acknowledge and credit the artist.

This fee DOES NOT mean the commissioner has full copyright usage of the commissioned asset.

This fee DOES NOT mean the artist has no right to be credited for the artwork.

I will not send partial refunds, only 100% refunds.

I will 100% refund if: 1) I believe I cannot meet the deadline, 2) I'm unable to complete a commission

Any work progress done will not be included with the refund.

If the commissioner MUST cancel, please message me BEFORE I've begun working.

I accept payment upfront, via Paypal or Stripe.

I do not hold slots/refunds.

For non VGen commissions: If I'm emailing invoices I usually wait 3-7 days to recieve payment, any longer and I will cancel your commission slot!

As the artist I retain the rights to publish/remove the artwork and/or for my portfolio/social media, unless NDA/privacy is in place.

As the commissioner you have the right to share/post the work on social media with credit linking back to my sites (VGen or Twitter).

ID buttons are by fluffmoth, please see their flightrising database and scroll thru thread/comments for users submitting their buttons/archive!!

I used their custom button maker to make my own and with variations (acggoods, vgen, clipstudiopaint, tenshi kawai, umamusume, chiikawa, hololive, nijisanji) !
